This may sound like an old cliché, but its genuinely true. We are committed to the well being of our staff and we believe this is why we have a happy and productive team, where everyone thrives regardless of their role.
At Foxwell Associates, we provide a nurturing environment, surrounded by consultants that have wealth of industry knowledge and recruitment experience. This means that whether you are starting out in your recruitment career, or developing your existing, there is a wealth of experience to draw upon.
We are not the stereotypical agency who work long hours, impose tough targets and heavily scrutinised KPIs. We work realistic hours and you will not be micromanaged. The management team are here to guide and support you however, it’s a mature environment where people are expected to use their own initiative and experience to decide what needs to be done. Additionally, our commission structure is by far the most generous in the industry. As an independent business with hands on Directors good ideas can be implemented quickly, so you can directly contribute to the success of the business.
Recruitment can be a challenging career at times and we want to make sure we have fun doing it whilst still providing opportunity for development.
Our Head Office in Bristol is situated in a stately home (the location for the recent filming of Poldark for those interested!) and on the edge of an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. It’s not unusual to see a member of staff go for a run or cycle in their lunch break.
We are in the process of moving the Kent office, which will also be where our staff will enjoy coming to work and experience the same benefits as the Bristol office.
We also regularly top up the Foxwell Associates locker with sporting equipment for staff enjoyment. Highlights include stand up paddle boards, kayaks and top of the range mountain bikes.
In addition to the Christmas party, regular incentives and active working culture, we support our clients with their challenges for charity.
Nick prefers to hire staff who like a challenge, so he can save getting muddy, electrocuted and cycling up mountains for his spare time!
