Nick Foxwell

Nick Foxwell

After an early career in surfing which is long story but involved lots of travelling and adventures, Nick enjoyed many happy years of success, winning awards and climbing the ranks in numerous large recruitment agencies. Having reached a ceiling, Nick decided to take his experiences and build a company that could encompass his vision and tailored approach.

On Tuesday 13th October 2009 Foxwell Associates was formed, with the clear message of a unique service built around each customer. When the team grew, the right people were selected to ensure the delivery of the service level that clients had got used to over the years. Although this meant slower growth, it ensured the quality that underpins our service today.

After the success of accounting and finance, the offering was increased to include the operational side of the NHS, which ensured the maximisation of solid relationships with numerous organisations throughout the country. In 2017 a former colleague of Nick’s joined Foxwell Associates to lead a division focusing on financial recruitment across the commercial and third sector which has also gone from strength to strength.

Alex Maclean

Alex Maclean

Alex joined Foxwell Associates to lead on the development of our offering within the NHS, primarily focusing on senior finance and programme management roles ranging from band 8A – VSM.

Having developed a robust network within the last 4 years, Alex recruits throughout the South East and Home Counties, in what is a rapidly growing team due to market demands and company expansion. His strong track record is based on building successful and sustainable relationships with both candidates and clients alike, offering what is a tailored approach to each and every organisation.

Prior to joining Foxwell Associates Alex worked as a Sales Executive for one of the largest worldwide insurance companies, where he obtained key experience within business development, in what was a customer focused role.

Rich Cheasley

Rich Cheasley

Rich has worked in recruitment for the last 9 years, focusing on various sectors in the South West. Prior to this he worked within Accountancy at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP and a Bath based chartered accountancy practice, which provided him with excellent sector specific knowledge and understanding to effectively recruit for the finance sector.

Rich is responsible for leading the development of the commerce and industry division in the South West, recruiting from graduate and entry level positions through to director and board level.

Thorough and meticulous in his approach Rich listens carefully to client’s specifications and candidate’s preferences, with the focus on developing successful and lasting relationships for the region’s businesses.

Justine Fidler

Justine Fidler

Justine has over 15 years recruitment experience and has worked for both large national organisations and smaller independent consultancies. Following a short period of exploring the insurance and financial services sector, Justine was keen to return to recruitment and was drawn to the working values and culture of Foxwell Associates.

Since joining in 2013, Justine has been leading  the part qualified division within the NHS for the South West. She has thrived on building strong working relationships with both clients and candidates in this area.

Justine feels that her honest and personable approach has contributed to her growing success at Foxwell Associates.

Alison Young

Finance Manager

Alison Young

Following a career in banking and direct marketing, Alison decided to enter the world of finance and became AAT qualified in 2007.

Alison joined Foxwell Associates as Finance Manager in 2013 and is responsible for all finance functions within the company. She also played a major role in our successful application to be part of the Non-Medical Non-Clinical Framework.

Alison takes pride in ensuring that all clients and candidates receive a first class payroll and invoicing service.

Liz Fox

Compliance Manager

Liz Fox

Liz is responsible for ensuring that Foxwell Associates are compliant with their policies, procedures and processes both internally and externally, particularly with regard to the Non-Medical Non-Clinical Framework.

Prior to joining Foxwell Associates, Liz has had several years’ experience of working for two large NHS Trusts in both the recruitment, and more recently, audit function. This, along with a few years of working in Human Resources for a well-regarded law firm, has provided her with a great deal of knowledge about the NHS and an understanding of the need and implementation of workplace policies, procedures and processes.
